CTET 2017

CTET is a test which is needed to be qualified in order to appear in various exams of TGT, PGT etc. It is organized by central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

Educational Qualification –

Must have completed 12th with 50 % marks from recognized board along with graduation from deemed university with 50 % marks in any discipline.

Age limitation – Must be of minimum age 18 years and there is no specified maximum age limit.

Online application of CTET 2017 –

  • Must visit the official website www.ctet.nic.in
  • Reach out to the notification for the same and fill out the form with careful details.
  • Upload scanned photograph along with signature .Application fee via various online mode is required to be paid.
  • Submit the form and take out the printout for future reference.

Fee for Application Form –

For general/OBC Rs 600/- for either paper 1 or 2 and for both Rs 1000/-.
For reserve categories it is Rs 300/- for either paper 1 or 2 and for both Rs 500/-.

Selection Criteria – The paper 1 is for those who wants to teach classes 1 to 5th and paper 2 for those who want to teach classes 6th to 8th .And selection will be strictly on the basis of these exams .Candidates have to bring at least 60 % marks to get selected.
